Counselling for Stress

Stress is something that affects the way we live our day to day lives and can lead to physical illness too. We can be so active over the day and sometimes time does not allow us to rest and relax leading to stress, stress can cause many thoughts to go through our minds and all of these together can cause a very uncomfortable tension to be present almost all of the time, even showing in dreams when we are sleeping. Within counselling I can help my client to relax and enjoy their day by allowing exploration of the emotions that are happening within them and to help my client to reflect in the moment and to make the best of their own lives!
